Whether you are a custodial parent, a non-custodial parent, a first wife, a second wife, a girlfriend, a boyfriend, ask yourself if you're behaving in the best interest of the child.   

'99 Bm told the evaluator that dh is perverted and she hoped that I was having a good effect on him regarding that.

'96 Ss asked dh if he'd ever had custody of him. Dh said yes. Ss said, "Mom said you never had custody of me." Dh said, "Your mom's mistaken." Ss said, "Mom said you're lying." Dh replied, "I have the papers. Do you feel the need to see them?" Ss said, "Yes!" Dh said, "Can it wait til tomorrow?" Ss said no. Dh showed ss the papers explaining he had custody til 11/90. Ss turned white and didn't say a word. Dh repeated that bm was just mistaken.

Dh picked up bm’s 05/27/97 letter.  Bm wrote, “On Saturday, May 24, 1997, …the first thing he said to me was, ‘Hi, guess what?  I haven’t lost any of my clothes.’ Then I heard (my daughter) in the background say ‘We’re destroying them!’ and then she giggled.  I asked (ss), ‘Did she just say they’re destroying them?’  Then (ss) said, ‘(my daughter) said she’s just kidding.’  Well, (dh), it appears that (my daughter) isn’t good at keeping secrets.  If she and others in your household have been ‘destroying’ (ss's) clothes, then I expect you to take the appropriate measures to halt such deviant behavior.”

Dh wrote bm, “I received your 05/27/97 postmarked 05/27/97 letter today. I’m sure [ss], [my daughter], all of us, and any one reading your letter (including a judge or mediator) would realize that what [my daughter] said was a harmless child’s joke with her stepbrother and realize that no one was destroying his clothes."

@'98 Bm told dh's wonderfulexgirlfriend that she wouldn't put it past dh and I to make 12yo ss have sex with my 13yo daughter so he'd want to live with us.  Wonderfulexgirlfriend called dh to let him know.

9/3/99 The custody evaluator calls.  Bm told the evaluator Mark signed papers long ago giving up all custody rights.  Dh asked the evaluator, "Did (bm) bring in these papers?!?"  She said no.  Dh reiterated that he'd never signed over all custody rights.
